현재 스웨덴 린네 대학교(Linnaeus University)의 사회학과 교수로 재직중이며, 교내 국제사회과학프로그램(International Social Science Programme)의 책임자로 있다. 2001년부터 2009년까지 사회분석 및 복지개발프로그램(Social Analysis, and Welfare Development Programme)의 연구 책임자였다. 주요 연구분야는 경제사회학, 복지국가 정치경제이다. 최근 진행중인 연구로 “Agents of Knowledge in the Professional Landscape”, “Between Science and Occupation: Knowledge, Academization, and the Route from University to Labour Market”등이 있다.
